The 12m learner pool is the perfect area for toddlers up to the age of 5 to learn how to swim in our Swimming Academy lessons.

The various sessions available include All Welcome, Aqua Fit and Pool Parties. Please contact reception for further information on sessions and how to book parties.

There are lessons for all ages and abilities! All lessons are run in accordance with the ASA National Award Scheme. This was introduced to improve the quality, consistency and safety of swimming lessons across the country.

There is always a good time for a child to learn to swim. The younger a child starts to swim the quicker they gain confidence in the water. We offer a comprehensive programme of swimming tuition to suit all needs and abilities.

There is a wide range of classes available in both the small and main pools.

Choose from Aqua Fit & Aqua Fit Deep Water to get the very best from a water workout! Aqua Fit is an aerobics session in the pool that can maintain and improve stamina, strength and suppleness as well as increase cardiovascular fitness. Unlike aerobics on land Aqua Fit is low-impact and the cushioing effect of the water protects joints in the spine, ankle, hip and knees. It is suitable for people of all ages and abilities as participants can aork at a variety of levels by increasing effort and using resistive equipment.

Relax and de-stress with a visit to our health suite. The sauna area also has showers and changing facilities so it's an ideal area to get away from it all and pamper yourself!
